How Do I Activate My Card?
Online (fastest and recommended) +
1. Navigate to the Cards tab
2. Enter in the 3-digit CVV of the card you're activating
3. Click Activate

Phone (toll-free)
1. Call 844-753-7586, the phone number on the back of the card
2. Follow the prompts and enter the information as it was provided when the card was created
Please have the card on hand and the following information ready:
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
- Card expiration date
- Business zip code
- Social Security Number (only prompted when activating the Business Owner card)

You do not need to activate Virtual Cards. These cards get activated automatically shortly after they are created.
For Utility Cards, the Date of birth and Mobile number is the Business Owner's information.
