Why Don't I See a Refund on My Card?

As Brink's cards do not hold a balance, any time a refund has been initiated and processed, it will reflect in the Brink's Business Expense account's main balance rather than a specific card.

Once a merchant has processed the refund, you can view the refund transaction under the Transactions tab of your Brink's account.

The spending limit of the card which made the original purchase will not adjust or increase as a result of the refund.
