What Do I Do If My Card is Lost or Stolen?

If you’ve misplaced your Brink's card, the Business Owner or Admin of the account can deactivate the card by toggling the On/Off switch located on the top right corner of the card.

The Business Owner or an Admin can also reissue you a card if you need a replacement.

If you’re not able to get in touch with the Business Owner or Admin of the account, please report that a card has been lost or stolen as soon as possible by calling our Customer Support team at 844-753-7586.
