What is the Billing Address of My Brink's Card?

The billing address linked to your Brink's Business Expense card is also the Brink's account's shipping address.  

To view your shipping/billing address on record*:

From the Profile icon, go to Account Settings -> Shipping/Billing Information

*Only the account's Business Owner and Admins can view this information. 

The Business Owner or Admin can request an update to this address, however, please note that changing this address will also change the default address where new Brink's cards are shipped.

How Do I Change My Business or Shipping Address?

The billing address linked to your Brink's Business Expense card is your Brink's Business Expense account's shipping address.  

The primary Brink's Business Expense account holder & Admins can view what shipping address is on record by logging into the Brink's Business Expense account and going to the Account settings page. 


The primary Brink's Business Expense account holder or Admin(s) can request an update to the billing address by emailing the Brink's Business Expense Support team at support@brinksbusiness.com

Please note that changing the billing address will also change where your Brink's Business Expense cards are shipped.

Online Purchases

When making online purchases, please make sure that the billing information matches your shipping address as it appears on your Brink's Business Expense Account Settings page. It is important that the street address and zip-code match or the transaction will be declined.

Automated Fuel Dispensers

Please note that when making purchases at Fuel Pumps, the cardholder may be prompted to enter the card's zip-code. The cardholder must enter the shipping address zip-code that is listed on your Brink's Business Expense Account Settings page or the transaction will be declined.
